[Opensim-dev] lets stop marking things obsolete before discussion

I'm noticing a lot of Obsolete tags being added to IClientAPI, and I
really think that we should be discussing those as a group before they
get marked.  A good case in point is the LastName / FirstName obsolete.

While you can always get Name from FirstName + LastName, you can't go
the other way, which would make interaction with the client untenable in
the general case.

Could we have a proposal, here or on irc, on what it getting marked out
as obsolete?
