LL's trademark is limited and mainly directed at promotional text. The 
use of the words in a domain name is questionable as the words hold a 
bit of the obvious use that would not promote LL in any way. The graphic 
logo is the portion that we'll need to ensure compliance.


As for the letters 'SL'... it's been trademark and published in a 
fashion before LL made a claim:
