[Opensim-dev] Autocreated OpenSim.ini

I was speaking with Justin earlier about the autocreated OpenSim.ini file
and how far behind it is in comparison to the OpenSim.ini.example file, and
we concluded that it might be better instead of using code to auto-generate
a ini file that if OpenSim.exe launches and no OpenSim.ini file exists that
it either renames or makes a copy of the example file.  This would make it
much easier to update the file and make sure people are using the most
current methods right out of the box.  Anyway just wanted to see what
everyone thought about it?
