[Opensim-dev] On Patches and Mantis

The problem is those patches getting lost in all the other traffic on this list.
One thing that mantis does offer is that you can see which patches have not been applied (as long as someone closes the issue after the patch has been applied).
So I'm a bit unsure on that.
