[Opensim-dev] On Patches and Mantis

Our current policy has been to have people post patches to Mantis, but
Mantis tends to grow much faster than any of us can keep up with, which
means a lot of these patches are getting lost.

How do people feel about changing the policy to attach patches to emails
here? This is a pretty typical approach in other open projects, and I
think would get patches a lot more attention.

It would also let us discuss them, and help people modify them in ways
that better fit with the project.

There is no silver bullet. Plus, werewolves make better neighbors
than zombies, and they tend to keep the vampire population down.
