There is a prebuild.xml change that adds in
Thirdparty/3Di/LicencePlugin, which I think is in error.
Also, before changing the Initialise calls in the db routines, can you
make it so that PluginData actually sends in the connect strings?
Otherwise this is going to break people, as most have been migrated off
the defaults to the connect strings.
