[Opensim-dev] Security on Opensim

Since revision 5169, you can use the estate tools estate banlist as a region
banlist.   Maybe someone can make use of that system.

It the banned list item object currently has: UUID of Region, UUID of
Banned, IP Address, IP Hostmask

Currently, it's only possble to get UUID of Banned from the client.   Maybe
there's a way to get a banned IP?

Maybe someone is interested in turning it into a console command also?
