[Opensim-dev] create a mantis for each new development

Hi,

Could we create a mantis to signal each new development we made ?

It will allows other pple to see what is currently in progress and not
starting something similare ?
It will need a new flag, or if a mantis is not possible, a new page at the
wiki ?

taht will avoid some trouble ;)
