[Opensim-dev] Region Generator Script

Hey everyone, I have a bunch of regions on my local grid, and when creating
new ones it's nice to know at a glance what locations and ports are
available. I wrote a quick / dirty perl script to display what's in use and
generate new region files for me. I dont think this will work in windows
(because it uses system("clear") and a `cat ...` command) I'm sure it would
be easy to hack for windows, but I dont have any windows boxen ... so there
you have it =) Anyhow, this script is far from perfect, but can be handy in
a pinch.
