These are all good questions.  To some extent the best thing is just to 
try some of them out - I anticipate that the M server isn't required in 
grid unless you want grid-wide instant messaging (which will end up 
eventually supporting functions such as grid-wide inventory transfer 
(which I think exists in the standard)).  For any other questions I'm 
afraid you'll have to ask Teravus directly (he is on IRC a lot).

As Adam said, the order of starting up UGAI doesn't actually matter, 
since none of the servers message each other when they're started up. 
I'd be surprised if the same isn't true for the messaging server.

I wouldn't worry about that - the script server hasn't been implemented 
yet - the code that is there is development code.
