[Opensim-dev] Startup warnings and messages for 21-Jul-2008 build 5559 opensim.be nightly build

I am not sure where best to post this on the Wiki or Mantis site.. so 
forgive me simply dumping it on the opensim-dev group mailign list... 
but we have been doing version update experiments recently and I keep 
noting some minor warning or error message in the logs.  I just 
thought that the core dev team might be interested in a typical 
standalone user set of startup messages that MIGHT (or might not) be 
things which you were aware of.. many of course are just related to 
missing modules or such things and are meant to be ignored.

Here goes...  actually the fact there are so few, and probably only a 
couple that may be important is really god.  Well done...
