[Opensim-dev] Mantis Moderation

Greetings all!

A quick question if I may: Is it possible to configure mantis as a moderated
system for certain classes of user? We are starting to see a good many bugs
which are born out of a lack of understanding of the platform or
implementation - things such as the avatar gliding to infinity when trying
to cross into a region that is offline.

Your thoughts?
