[Opensim-dev] Mantis#1682

Sempuki has a patch in Mantis. It is Mantis#1682. I looked at it and it should apply with no problem.
I am asking for a confirming opinion that no one has any objections to me applying this patch to SVN concerning Mono.Addins. The description is "Move control of Mono.Addins from source attributes to external XML files: and addes a number of .XML and looks like it patches a few .cs files.
