Hello

I tried the last opensim build and found some missing functions that are
absolutly mandatory if we want to keep the compatibility with SL :

First, we need to implement a system that will create a popup "Could not
login" : This popup should appears 2 or 3 times a week for each users.

The second point is sending few "we are facing some assets servers issue
atm" every 2 hours from Friday evening to Monday.

We can eventually implements some other random messages too.

Anyone interesting to implement thoses features ?
