[Opensim-dev] Using remote user database

Unfortunately it's not possible to have different connection settings 
for different tables at the moment (at least within OpenSim).  In the 
MySQL case, bin/mysql_connection.ini is used for all tables 
(mssql_connection.ini in the MSSQL case).
