I've been look at Vivox alternatives too and ran across WengoPhone ( 
http://www.openwengo.org/ ).  Have you looked at it?  Any opinions on it?

If you need more info on the wiki, let me know, I can do more if you 
need it.  I haven't done the P2P or group chat modes yet.  Let me know 
if you want that.
