First thing I'd do is retry. Ensure you use the correct URL for checking
out: http://opensimulator.org/svn/opensim/trunk

Next thing to do would be to read up if what you have is similar to what
various others had:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Error%3A+REPORT+request+failed+svn&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

Also if there are some "fun" devices on the way which attempt to be smart
about the traffic, I'd imagine the various things could happen..

Lastly, you have always an option to give a shot with git and see if it
works any better :-)
