[Opensim-dev] init.d scripts I put on the wiki and putting then in the svn

If this site had an SVN repo, then moving the scripts, installers, etc
here would be an acceptable comprimise to me. :) Updating manually some
file set outside of a repo would be a PITA (as getting the files on the
wiki was *sigh*).
