[Opensim-dev] short blog entry about using recent (>=r1758) libsl TestClient for voice info testing

for those of you interested in the voice stuff (no, no SLVoice 
replacement yet), starting with r1758 libsecondlife's TestClient how has 
two commands to retrieve voice info

    * voiceaccount --- retrieves the voice account details for your avatar
    * voiceparcel --- retrieves the parcel voice info of the
      parcel/land/region your avatar is currently on

works with both LL grid and OpenSim.
