Hi,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/realxtendviewer/ now also has a binary
fix available, realxtend_0.21_fix.zip. That contains a realxtend.exe
compiled from revision 124 you should be able to copy on top of your
0.21 installation. However, approach with some degree of caution, as
the executable also contains new experimental avatar code, which
*shouldn't* affect existing functionality, but who knows :)

Btw. I get the same kind of error on Opensim console (handler not
found for the CAPS http request) also when logging in with the newest
Second Life client, so it doesn't seem to specifically be an issue
with how the realXtend client requests the caps.
