[Opensim-dev] [opensim 0000888]: MSSQL Grid Server [4104] broken - Unable to Cast Object Type MSSQL.. to ILogD

In addition to the changes in OpenSim.ini, I needed to modify the XML
configuration files for each of the servers. The storage dll is
encoded in those config files (eg AssetServer_config.xml) in the
"database_provider" field.
