[Opensim-dev] count down to gravitas - road to 0.4

The last of the db4o code was detached today, so we have all the
persistent data in some level of open accessable format, and the data
model looks stable enough that we can call it something supportable
going forward (building migrations if there are changes).

As discussed on IRC today, that means we should push hard towards an
actual 0.4 release, hopefully this week, hopefully Friday.

What are the last bits we need to pull together for this? (no physics
and scripting don't count, we already said those were 0.5 items). ;)
What documentation, website work needs to happen for the release? Who
can help out pulling this all together in the next few days?

Discussion here on that front would be great, everyone is welcome to
participate.

There is no silver bullet. Plus, werewolves make better neighbors
than zombies, and they tend to keep the vampire population down.
