[Opensim-dev] Scene.cs refactoring.

Does anyone have any outstanding uncommitted patches/work that effects scene.cs ? As I have some refactoring on that, to apply sometime, and would rather everyone else apply their work/patches first so I can make sure my changes plays nicely with theirs, rather than leaving it to them to fix any problems.
