Yeah, however we do it, it must be dynamically storable and gettable.
Otherwise we miss out on expected functionality.
The truth is, most of the admin functions for your regions can be done from
directly with the client.
Every other way is a *cool* addon feature. :D
For example, we can make the SystemMessagePacket remote call internal region
functions :D
