can't repo.
sujestions:
- do not try to edit physical prims.
- do "high precision" edit close to the <0,0,0> region corner.

hope one of this covers your case :(

I have heard of this several times. I've seen it happen on selected prims, and not new prims. One solution was to delete the flaky prims. but it eventually comes back.

I think this is caused by flaky loopback, or small packet sized routers such as Actiontech, from Verizon FIOS and Frontier. Mine had has a UDP buffer of 1K. Ugh. Try adding a loopback adapter on Windows or the etc/hosts patch for 127.0.0.1 and your domain name to eliminate the router. If it cures it, get a better router.

Reopen if there exist known ways to reproduce this issue reliably otherwise we cannot test a fix for it either.
