Running on master code myself I am not seeing that, it looks like it is unable to make the previous simulator presence a child agent when teleporting, that in itself is not bad, it just means teleporting back is like teleporting to a place never visited before, taking a bit longer perhaps. Child agents are cleared after a while anyways so.

Does this happen on your own grid as well? If not, try contact OSGrid, problems comes from their binary, maybe not compiled properly.

Thx. The error was observed between two OSGrid regions and was repeated. I will tidy up and retest in a cleaner environment.

I identified the issue as one specific Roth 2.0 mesh body (RothToo RC1 Mesh Body_One_Piece). Even going back to the original vendor box for a fresh copy shows the error. Resetting scripts in the object doe snot make any difference. I will investigate more.
