DescriptionThe following public functions are not in osslEnable.ini, is this omission on purpose?

double osSunGetParam(string param)
    Doc says "has no threat level", but code says None (there is a difference)

string osRequestURL(list options)
    threat level is Moderate

string osRequestSecureURL(list options)
    threat level is Moderate

integer osGetParcelDwell(vector pos)
    This function has no threat level, and is not disabled by disabling all OSSL functions. The documentation implies that this function returns a void or a string, but the code returns an integer.

 The Dwell getting function should be disable-able. It allows automated analysis of dwell calculation using bots that may lead to determining a ruleset to game dwell. That, when commerce is in play, could give the unfair advantage to the botrunner. While that causes no harm in open grids, it could cause issues in commercial grids.
