Summary0008509: Unable to upload some rigged mesh items
DescriptionA friend and I have found that we are unable to upload some rigged mesh items, with the upload failing during the Calculate phase. Looking in the viewer log, I see an error message saying "Fee request failed. Not in expected 'upload' state.

Will try to obtain a file that can be used to reproduce the issue. It may need to go through private channels too.

This sounds like a viewer issue. Try another one?

It's already been confirmed that it is not a viewer issue.

A friend of mine who was affected by this issue has already tried using multiple viewers and earlier versions of Firestorm, and was still unable to upload any rigged mesh, including items she had successfully uploaded before<./i> revision 83fd05f131.

I myself had encountered this issue with a collada file that she sent me. I took it to a sim that was running an earlier revision of opensim, and the problem did not reoccur.

So, there is a server-side regression.

tested with a few old test files like angel_2016_08_05.dae with option to include skin weight and joint positions with no issues (that one the viewer refuses several most lod options for physics, because of model complexity, but avatars don't need physics anyways)

Will be emailing you a file that reproduces the issue.

Replaced, on master, the tool used to decompress the gzip parts of the uploaded mesh data.
The example you provided does seem to upload now.

Ah, so the issue is fixed now?
