I'd like to note that this function currently seems unable to load an actual asset texture even if they are available through the asset server. Evidently libgdi+ cannot handle JPEG2000 data directly from it. Persumably if a layer ontop would provide the conversion to jpeg this could be achieved(where is that, I could have sworn that already exists).

osSetTextureUUID(string drawList, key uuid, float scaleX, float scaleY, float offsetX, float offsetY, float rotation);

osSetTexture(string drawList, string inventoryname, float scaleX, float scaleY, float offsetX, float offsetY, float rotation);

Or should those be integers?
