Summary0008357: Land impact value of linked object should depend on number of triangles
DescriptionActual land impact of a prim or object depends on the number of triangles.

When SL started, int had only prims. As a matter of simplification, all prims were counted with an equal land impact, despite large differences in the number of triangles (108 for a cube, 1152 for a torus)

But today with meshes this simplification penalises the creators who optimise their meshes to lower land impact, either by prim-o-meshing or from design. Indeed some meshes may have as low as 2 triangles (for instances building blocks for houses)

So the request here is that a mesh has its land impact calculated in proportion of its number of triangles. When combined in an object, the total is calculated.
