Summary0008202: Edit object to edit contents i.e. scripts does not load or loads after LONG waiting time
DescriptionWhen trying to edit objects, rightclick can take a LONG time to show the edit option. Some times edit never shows, content "loading" is indefinite.
Steps To Reproduceon Robust RC2 and Sim 091-june 16 releaase, try to edit any object with scripts inside.

Used Viewers: Firestorm 501, 507 64bit for SL & OS, Singularity 64 bit latest release

Additional InformationThis appears to be a big issue only the last few days.

After reverting to OS 0.9.1 May28 the issue disappears - (I did not revert to June releases as the June 6 release also produced "issues")

tested master with prims having about 100 textures and load time is similar to previous 91 versions. (about 1s on my test conditions)

Roland: Firestorm behaves differently for this than Singularity and Kokua. In my own case, I far prefer FS for most building/scripting but I find it impossible to work it when a prim has 300+ items in its inventory but if I switch to either Singularity of Kokua those same inventories typically load in 30-60 seconds. This issue was previously reported and closed after some heated discussion whereby each development team determined that it was the other one's problem to deal with.

PLEASE re-open this bug... and test what was reported..

I see the same behavior in rc2.. when you edit a prim with a SCRIPT (not textures) it can take forever and will most likely fail.

I have also had prims Echo "script running" when i touch the create script button, but sometimes I am unable to see the script in inventory....even after returning the prim to inventory and placing it back in world.

Animations and textures do not seem to be as affected.

tested a box with 51 scripts. No issues.

repeated test with same box at osgrid sandbox plaza III
