Summary0007935: Assets are not being copied on HG teleports (regression)
DescriptionWhen avatars are wearing attachments and wearables that have non-trivial assets, and then HG teleport, those assets are not being transferred over to the receiving grid.

I believe the problem is on the receiving end -- at least. I'm testing from a grid in 0.8.2 to a grid in 0.9, and the problem is there. But when switching the receiving sim to 0.8.2, the problem disappears.
Steps To ReproduceLogin to home world.
Upload a new texture, rez a cube and apply the texture to the cube.
Wear the cube.
Do an HG TP somewhere that's running 0.9

Login to that other grid with a local avatar, and go to near the HG visitor.
Notice that the cube texture is missing.
