Summary0007882: PhysX
DescriptionWill OS be integrating PhysX at any time? When it comes to creating smooth moving items utilizing the llMoveTo command you end up with a very unappealing result. The transition from one point to the next is very clumsy and the vehicle actually stops, then looks, then moves.

As far as I am aware there currently is not plan to as PhysX was mainly designed to run on GPU rather than CPU it also may not provide greater performance. Unless someone is willing to do this and provide the code it is unlikely someone from the current dev team will take this on. Not to mention we already have multiple physics engines available, some of which are not even finished yet.

Reopen when needed.
