Patch included. Please also check patch line endings and format to verify my Git setup is appropriate for OpenSim patches.

Ai, is there a particular reason you want this?

I'm asking because the Setup_<modulename> thing is largely undocumented and is currently going through some redesign. I'd rather wait before I let people know it exists...

We did agree that a few bytes overhead (and it really is only a few bytes!) doesn't warrant making the default configurations more complex for the moment.

Thats fine. Understood.

I was experimenting with the module disabling and checking the modules really did not show when "show modules" listed all those that are present in an OpenSim.exe instance. Openvue and AiLand grids are running with what I believe are " safe" disabled modules.. i.e. the alternative asset caching modules that were the subject of this patch... and others.

I was also also using this as a safe (I thought) test I had set up Git properly to check the line endings and other aspects of patch creation were working.

No change at present as module enable/disable mechanism is under review.
