DescriptionSending a group notice to a group with a hypergrid member produced the message below. The member was an account on OSGrid.

Adding a Kitely user to the group and sending a message produced the same server message. The Kitely user received the message while being on-line at the Kitely grid.

It might have to do with this message that follows:

14:29:15 - [HG IM SERVICE]: Unable to locate user a08a67ed-24d1-43a3-ad03-b2cc6edb7fa4
This is the OSGrid user being offline.
