|Product Version||master (dev code)|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0007379: Group permissions to build are not reflected in viewer land icons and build button|
|Description||We can have a plot owned by an individual avatar, set to have a group, and set to allow build by group but not individuals not by everyone.|
The owner of the plot clearly ought to have an indication they can build.
It is intended that group members can build on the plot with these settings. And they can.
But the build allowed indicators in viewers do not respect this settings... the cube prim style icons for owner or the group member shows that building or dropping objects here is not allowed. This icon only shows building is allowed if "everyone" can build on the plot.
For the owner the build button is correctly accessible. I Firestorm, the build button is live for the owner, but is greyed out for the normal group member. In Singularity it shows as live for both owner and group memers.
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Have a group with an owner and a normal "everyone" member.|
2. Create a plot and allow group build but not everyone build.
3. Have normal group member log in and set group tag active.
4. Note "not allowed to build here" cube prim style icon shows in viewer (in Firestorm 4.6.7 and Singularity 1.8.6 etc)
5. Note build button is greyed out in Firestorm 4.6.7, but is live in Singularity 1.8.4.
6. Use direct Tools - Build menu to place a prim.. Note it is allowed, and that it persists even if an autoreturn time Is set.

|Git Revision or version number||r/25443|
|Run Mode||Grid (Multiple Regions per Sim)|
|Environment||.NET / Windows64|
|Viewer||Firestorm 4.6.7 and Singu|
|I think there might be a more fundamental issue. if the region and parcel are owned by an avatar.. and the parcel is set to now allow build by anyone, the no build icon shows in the address bar, even for the avatar who owns the area.. and at present(r/25928) an item in inventory cannot be rezzed unless the plot is set to allow build by anyone.|
