I see this same exact series of error messages on startup on almost every Opensim instance, but nothing seems wrong with anything map related during normal sim operation or in the viewer.

Whatever is causing these error messages appears to be causing opensim to startup slower than when a sim starts that does not show these error messages. It would be nice if Warp3D ignored all objects tat are too small to be visible in a map view. It seems like that would make a lot more sense for opensim purposes.

I also see tons of error messages on startup from Warp3D like the one below.

08:26:27 - [WORLD MAP]: Generating map image for Moorea_A1
08:26:35 - [WARP 3D IMAGE MODULE]: Error decoding JPEG2000 texture e79cf94c-08ab-4516-9dad-d96ec28b1d87 (600 bytes): Error while reading bit stream header or parsing packets.

This message occurs when the warp 3d module can't properly interpret a texture. The message displays the texture UUID, which is useless for anyone wanting to correct the problem since there is no tool to relate the texture uuid to the offending prim.

This can be fixed in either of two ways: (1) ignore the error or (2) put the prim uuid rather than the texture uuid in the message. However, the error isn't necessarily even a real error. The decoders used by Warp3D aren't as spiffy as viewer decoders. The viewer decoders are often able to handle textures beyond what Warp3D can handle.

Enclosed is a patch which simply comments out the error message, implementing option number 1 and also fixing a similar problem with message "Error decoding JPEG200 texture ..." as reported by kenvc.

I was going to test this, but get a patch format error message when trying to apply it. Using TortoiseGit with Windows at this end.

Sorry, probably removed too much information (e-mail address, etc.) from patch header. This patch just attempts to removes two code statements adding commentary about why they were removed.

With this sort of error it is always useful to show the prim's name (?), region and location too.
