|Product Version||master (dev code)|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0006661: [Wifi] [Addon Module] Some types of elements of initial appearance items for Wifi created avatar go to lost and found|
|Description||This is almost certainly a Diva Wifi add on module issues, but it is noted here in case there are aspects related to core OpenSim.|
It is reported on the Wifi issue tracker at https://github.com/diva/d2/issues/29 [^]
When three avatars are available to select for avatar account creation (male, female, neutral) they have body parts, wearable clothing items and attachments.
If the avatar inventory is looked at in the Wifi interface BEFORE a first log in I can verify that basic body parts and normal wearables are already in the avatar inventory. But the attachments are no where to be seen.
In all cases when the avatar first enters OpenSim, the appearance selected is correct including the attachments. The body parts and clothing items are still in the appropriate inventory folders, but the attachments now appear in Lost and Found.
It is easy for the user to miss these and empty the lost and found folder before they realize they are present.
|Steps To Reproduce||Create an avatar on a Wifi grid which enables a preselection of one of a set of avatars (which must have an attachment included to show the problem).|
Look in Wifi interface for that avatar and see that inventory does not yet show the attachment objects in the objects folder, or even in lost and found.
Now log ion to the grid for that avatar.
Observe the appearance is as expected, but the attached items worn appear in Lost and Found.

|I wonder if recent commits by Diva related to the "Current Outfit" folder handling are related to this issue?|

I tested a recent version (early September 2013 last commit) of the diva addon modules with 0.7.6 dev master (r/23693) and this problem is still present in a slightly modified form . he attachments go into a folder in "Clothing", whereas the body parts and basic clothing layer items now go into "Lost and Found".
