Summary0006520: ODE: add a trigger event when a prim ends to move
Descriptionmoving_start and moving_end are events dedicated to llMovetoTarget (and to llSetKeyframedMotion but this is not Physics); the triggers have been implemented as a result of Mantis 6515.
A TriggerMovingStartEvent(...) is being added to OpenSim\Region\Framework\Scenes\SceneObjectGroup.cs around Ln 1696 (in public void moveToTarget((...) just after pa.PIDActive = true;; the code is: RootPart.ParentGroup.Scene.EventManager.TriggerMovingStartEvent(RootPart.LocalId);

About the TriggerMovingEndEvent(...): this event should be triggered when the object stops moving either because it reaches its target or because it is blocked by an obstacle.
Steps To ReproduceWe found a place where this event could be triggered.
In OpenSim\Region\Physics\OdePlugin\ODEPrim.cs
Ln 1782 in internal void Move(float timestep)

                        if (_target_velocity.ApproxEquals(Vector3.Zero,0.1f))
                            d.BodySetPosition(Body, m_PIDTarget.X, m_PIDTarget.Y, m_PIDTarget.Z);
                            d.BodySetLinearVel(Body, 0, 0, 0);
                            d.BodyAddForce(Body, 0, 0, fz);

We have not found a way to trigger this event in ODEPrim
