Summary0006518: [PATCH] llMovetoTarget: TriggerMovingStartEvent and TriggerMovingEndEvent
Description- TriggerMovingStartEvent in OpenSim\Region\Framework\Scenes\SceneObjectGroup.cs:
the moving_start event is triggered when the PhysicsActor is activated.

- TriggerMovingEndEvent in OpenSim\Region\Framework\Scenes\SceneObjectGroup.cs:
the moving_end event is triggered when stopMovetoTarget but this needs the LSL
script developper to check if the llStopMovetoTarget follows
or not a llMovetoTarget. The comment (in the patch) explains why.

Additional InformationNote that the true moving_end event (when the object reaches its target
or is blocked) must be written by the developers of physical devices.
For this two Mantis have been provided (ODEPrim:6520 and BSPrim:6519).

The current implementation presented here is incomplete and misleading. We cannot apply it as it is since the comment is not a comment but commented pseudocode and the next line is indented as if the comment were actual code. That style of indenting usually means code commented out for debugging. Please resubmit giving actual textual comments and proper indentation of code that is actually meant to be run.

Sorry, this is the mystery of the lost files on the road!

Following the observations of Robert Adams (Mantis 6519), we are going to study another way to handle both events.
