Here's some error information I caught from the Wright Plaza console in today's meeting. Unfortunately incomplete due to console size and not sure it's relevant, but it does point towards objects being unexpectedly null which might be related.

Also, could one confirm that this been checked on a non-osgrid region (if these are osgrid regions). Recent asset service slowness on osgrid might be having some effect here.

I have made Diva aware of this issue, I believe she hopes to take a look sometime soon.

I just flipped all configs to HG2.0. Can you please check that this bug still exists?
(If testing in osgrid, you need to wait until osgrid's robust is updated)

Have tested and confirmed that setting the region to disallow foreigners seems to address this issue. I say 'seems' as I am unaware of other changes in this commit that might potentially impact the issue. In any case, the recipe for reproduction no longer demonstrates the undesirable result so I will mark this issue fixed.

Thanks for your quick response :)

Unfortunately, on a subsequent visit to LBSA Plaza later in the evening, this problem reappeared, as the shirt lost texture and tint again going all white.

This turned out to be a problem with improper HG configuration after the adoption of HG2.0. The resolution was to replace older configs with entirely new configs rebuilt from the examples.
