0006226: Multiple scripts not starting

Description

On startup channel -800 indicates that multiple scripts have not started (in this case about 40% of all scripts on 6 HG enabled standalone regions).

Steps To Reproduce

Start instance
Observe channel -800 output
Go in-world
Find object with script that has not started
Recompile script using Mono
Note script error

Additional Information

Typical in-world script error message on recompiling with Mono:

The type 'OpenMetaverse.Vector3rd' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'OpenMetaverseTypes, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=null'.
