0006055: failed hypergrid teleport corrupts attachments

Description

Failed hypergrid teleport corrupts attachments. I seem to have lost another attachment to a failed hypergrid teleport. The attachment will no longer attach or rez inworld. When trying to wear the attachment, OpenSim console says:

Steps To Reproduce

Attempted teleport from OSGrid region: Furry Harbor to Oceangrid at oceangrid.servehttp.com:8002. Teleport failed with something like "region not responding." Upon reappearing from the failed teleport, my tail was no longer worn. The tail appears in inventory but cant be worn or rezzed. Asset appears corrupted.

Additional Information

I dont know what version of OpenSim the Oceangrid region I was attemptimg to hypergrid into was running.

The region I attempted teleport from was running OSgrid 0.7.4 (Dev) 40f3c24: 2012-05-01 (Win/.NET)

Viewer was ZEN 3.3.4(1)
