Summary0006007: Blank Ground Textures
DescriptionGround Textures fields 1 and 2 are white resulting in wrong display of what the terrain should look like (due to blend range of hight fields).
Steps To Reproduce1. Clear viewer cache
2. Login into HG enabled standalone
3. Teleport to other HG region (grid or standalone)
4. Go to World>Region/Estate>Ground Textures

Result: Tiles 1 and/or 2 are white
Additional InformationTested on Samsara 06 May 12 at 01:18 UTC and other HG enabled regions/grids.

I have seen this with singularity, cool vl viewer, and phoenix viewer. I have noticed the only thing that seems to resolve this issue, which is a kinda back door, in the estate panel click rebake textures. This will cause the viewer to redownload them, and they will appear, but you must do this everytime, which is an annoyance.
