0005070: Cannot Edit Terrain And Cannot Edit Avatar Profile.

Description

There seems to be a permission issue. I log-in as the owner of the land and the simulator (as reported in About Land.). But, I cannot edit the terrain (i.e. smooth, raise, flatten, etc.) and I cannot edit the avatar profile! I used the standard stand-alone installation and am using MySQL 5.1.50 as the database. So, why is there a permission issue with these vital functions? I run the 32-Bit version of the simulator (i.e. OpenSim.32BitLaunch.exe) on Windows 7 64-Bit OS, because of the note about the physics only working correctly in 32-Bit mode (i.e. not yet compiled for 64-Bit Windows).
