Summary0003868: llGetRot() returns the same angle when avatar rotates in place
DescriptionI've put a script with llGetRot() into a prim attached to the avatar: then I rotate in place, without moving, and got the same rotation values for every direction I face.

Then I made a second rotation, making a little step forward each time I face a new direction, and got different (probably right) angles at each rotation.

llGetRot() should give back the correct rotation even if the avatar doesn't move I think.

This is absolutely crucial for guns. llGetRot needs to return the correct rotation at all times, including all components, especially in mouselook.

Can't replicate this bug on latest master using the following script, it always updates when turning on the spot, regardless of whether it's attached to HUD or avatar.

        llSetText((string)llGetRot(), ZERO_VECTOR, 1);
