Summary0003602: MTU and client_throttle_multiplier
DescriptionShould now default to 1x not 2 given the speed changes.
Additional InformationResion is the client now can handle USER side the norm MTU for there end.
1400-1500 is right but 2x that default is not.
Id suggest to make that 1x in the ini now.

This i feel will help w. some reports that are not really an error. It would be an honest setting w. in the range of MTU std. Client cant adj bandwidh passed 1x.
You can see this 2x effect now in pref. bandwith setting.
I feel this is fair change and have tested it.
By testing i mean assume this. region sever A runs at 1x User adj there bandwith say to 200kbs, region sever B is set to 2x .. i think you get the idea what happens when adj client moves from A to B servers.. there 200kps becomes 400kbs ect.
