DescriptionSuggest adding the following two textures to the standard Opensim Library to allow use in LSL scripts of the fixed UUID constants for default media texture and default transparent texture across platforms.

As I understand it, the media texture can be anything. A plain grey should suffice. I made my own, but then cannot assign a specific UUID as needed. Not sure if the size matters and affects the resolution of the displayed image or not. It needs to be reasonably high res if so.

Transparant can be just that and made afresh... no need to use something from other sources.

I have used the full range of my creative abilities with GIMP to produce such textures.
The artistic arrangement of grey pixels will impress all :)
