Summary0001735: Create Ghosted Prims
DescriptionGhosted prims can be created by using llRezObject to rez a prim. The rezzed prim is programmed to move after avatar sits on it, then die when the avatar is unseated. The ghosted prim will be left at the point of origin. Have not determined it the phantom prims use memory?
Additional Informationtemp workaround: make the rezzed prim phantom to keep it from being an obsticle

Does that happen if you rez it directly without llRezObject? I had teleporter scripts which unsit an avatar in another place once you sit on them, but didn't notice any such thing as a ghost prim being created. It may be a problem in llRezObject itsself maybe...

Good question! This only happens with objects created bu llRezObject.

I was wondering if the link change might have something to do with it, but using a timer to call llDie() leaves ghost prims as well.

Also: Rezing a prim from inventory with a timed self-destruct does not leave the ghosted prims either.
