0008943: Save IAR - Textures in alpha layers are not saved to the archive
As of master, when saving an IAR file, textures in alpha layers are not saved to the archive unless the individual asset(s) for the textures are also present in the folder to be archived.

This isn't an issue for other clothing items such as shirts, pants, etc. They all save their textures to the archive just fine, with or without the texture items present in the folder.
1. Create an alpha wearable in inventory

2. Create and upload a custom alpha texture and assign it to one of the slots for the alpha clothing layer

3. Un-wear the alpha

4. Save an IAR containing the alpha wearable (but NOT the uploaded texture asset)

5. Inspect the IAR's assets folder via extracting it with WinRAR, PeaZip, 7z, etc. and the texture asset for the alpha will not be there.
    a. The assets for the alpha clothing item itself will be there, just not the associated textures
    b. If you load this IAR on a fresh blank database then the alpha layer will also not have the assigned texture asset, it will just be blank white.
